Missed in previous commit.

This package is meant to build VCS checkouts of the upstream repository
providing CUPS ≤ 2.x as a whole, including libcups [1]. However, the
upcoming CUPS 3.x will provide libcups in a dedicated repository [2].
Thus, make this package monolithic to be able to provide AUR VCS
packages of versions ≤ 2.x and ≥ 3.x of libcups in parallel.

* Remove duplicate invocation of make in package_cups-git(). It was
causing unnecessary copies of some configuration files.
* Do not restrict the number of jobs in make invocations. Auto-detection
seems to work.
* Add some more bash quotation and curly braces.
