Make sure the texlive-plaingeneric dependency and the new source file
appears in .SRCINFO, and that both contain a bump of pkgrel. To reduce
confusion, bump pkgrel to 3 now.

The build fails without this, as texinfo.tex is provided by that package.

At some point makeinfo changed default output dir from {basename} to
{basename}_html . Add a patch to use an explicit dir name.
