While here, remove comment about version control. That predates having
AUR packages in git and I no longer need to maintain it out of tree.

If all the defaults are followed and the location of the log files aren't
changed, there is no issue. However, if the user changes the location of the
log file, the daemon tries to chown the wrong user. This was a leftover issue
from the big merge I did last.

lzo is required, gcc is not.

docbook2x dep is removed here since it is only needed for man pages, which
weren't being built beforehand anyway.

I assume Fedora team knows what they're doing with regard to systemd. All other
changes will come directly from the upstream package.
This doesn't pull in the wrappers used by Fedora.
Note that this diverges from SuSE's explicit daemonizing, and instead relying on
systemd, thus the removal of -d

This amounts to log file location changes (to its own subdirectory), and
user/group changes (from icecc->icecream). Also, typo fixes.
