libemf support was temporarily removed in pstoedit-nomagick 3.70-2
due to a bug in libemf 1.0.8. This bug is now fixed in libemf
1.0.9 and now that the libemf AUR package is updated we can
reintroduce it again.

Some fixes are needed. See references bellow.
Also, removed the autotrace fix (that makes autotrace detect new
versions of pstoedit like 3.70) because it's now fixed directly
in package autotrace-nomagick as of its version 0.31.1-3. This
is more logic due to the fact that this bug resides in autotrace
and not in pstoedit.

ghostscript is a dependency and was missing. Although namcap says
that it's not needed, configure script checks for gs and gives an
error if it's not found.
libemf is currently outdated in AUR (1.0.8) and this version has a
bug that places the emf.h header file in the wrong directory,
making it unuseable. Using CPPFLAGS in pstoedit configure script
doesn't work for detecting the emf.h in 1.0.8. Version 1.0.9 fixes
this bug. When the AUR package get updated we can bring back libemf
support.
Also, removed the libemf source download since it seems completely
unecessary.
