Looks like I completely forgot to do this for the last update(s). Also,
while we’re at it, let’s upgrade to a better hash algorithm.

Instructions on how to get pure ASCII quotes, if you need that.
We’re already past ASCII with the french quote, and there was also a
single Unicode apostrophe in the file before. Now, we just use them
consistently, that is, everywhere. (This is also not without precedent
among fortune modules; at least one other, sherlock, also does this.)
Wikisource doesn’t have all the quotes in fortunes.txt, but it has most
of them, and a lot more than moviemistakes.com. This URL also covers all
three movies. (I would have liked to link to IMDB, but they don’t have
any URL for the entire trilogy or franchise, and url can’t be an array.)
This fixes a few spelling mistakes and brings the punctuation mostly in
line with the Wikisource version and the movie subtitles.
The fortunes.txt file is already in UTF-8 format, so by attempting to
convert it from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8, we actually broke the encoding.

Add myself as maintainer, change previous maintainer to contributor.

Only change from the AUR3 package: renamed .AURINFO to .SRCINFO. I would
have liked to do this in a separate commit, but then the AUR rejects any
push because this commit isn’t valid.
