Since there is now a working vtk package in extra, the ugly hack with
using the paraview vtk is no longer needed.

Change build makefile. The mpi Makefile used so far has several issues,
because the VTK libs have to be manually specified. The auto Makefile
hopefully does this automatically and seems to be better maintained
by upstream.

Removed patch "fix int to string conversion" since fix is implemented
upstream
Added libvtksys to link list
Added wrapper script /usr/bin/liggghts to load VTK libraries from
/opt/paraview/lib
