Thanks to [xuanruiqi][1] for pointing out this packaging error. I saw
that it wasn't in the sources list when I was updating to 2.1.1, but
since my packaging attempt was working, I didn't question it.
Then, when I double-checked the AUR, I noticed the comment.

We're still not bumping the Cargo.lock before release so this change
includes an update to the patch for bumping the version in Cargo.lock.

I forgot to update the .SRCINFO so the package wasn't properly updated.
This change bumps the pkgrel due to the broken first attempt.

It looks like we forgot to re-lock Cargo after bumping the version. This
means that a frozen fetch doesn't work without patching the Cargo.lock
file to update the shadowenv version.
