Was the choice between this and changing the line from meson to meson setup.
As the wrapper sets some options it seems to be more convinient.

Although it may or may not change to optional.

master does still exist but is behind. And makepkg defaulted in this case to the master branch.

After adoption into [extra], wayland-utils changed in some ways:
* arch-meson seems to be deprecated
* wayland-protocols is only a makedep
* meson got support for pkgdir
* license isn't covered by the licenses package
