The systemd unit uses user and group 3proxy, so I assume these need to be created.
However when I try to create them, I get an error 'invalid user name', I assume because the name starts with a digit.
If I instead create user and group 'threeproxy' and change the systemd unit accordingly, it works.

I received a request to add armv7h. Please check whether the following works:
