BTW, what I meant by un-plugging applies to both unplug the USB receiver and the gamepad itself (through usb connection).

Please use ACTION=="add"/"remove" to handle device plug and unplug.
Or the xboxdrv will be there forever, and the next plug-in will not work.
The 3109 only shows up if the controller is idle.
