The license identifier needs to be made SPDX compliant (e.g. "Apache-2.0"??):

abireport E: Apache is not a valid SPDX license identifier. See https://spdx.org/licenses/ for valid identifiers, or prefix the identifier with 'LicenseRef-', if it is custom.

go is just a makedependency and not a runtime dependency. Also according to the writer "the only thing it needs is the tools to unpack the Things like rpm or dpkg (or unzip)"
