I think the following patch will: 1) Fix the service file issue 2) Comment out the adsuck.rc install 3) Make the filter file a backed up file (eg .pacnew and .pacsave) on upgrade or removal. Please fix the adsuck.rc installing as a service file.

Latest PKGBUILD is installing "${srcdir}/adsuck.rc" into "${pkgdir}/usr/lib/systemd/system/adsuck.service", instead of "${srcdir}/adsuck.service"
