DO NOT REMOVE OR MERGE android-sdk-build-tools-* packages

These packages are needed to build libraries and applications with a fixed version of build-tools. A newer major version cannot be used as a replacement.

qubeck please stop creating dozens of requests to merge/remove these packages. If you don't understand the need for these packages, discuss first and don't waste yours and other people's time.

I personally do not use packages for the android stuff anymore, it is much more convenient to use the sdk internal update mechanism, therefor I disown this package.
