It seems that there is a missing dependency for this package. The import feature doesn't work on a clean environment until the kdialog package is installed. I added more explanations on one of the github issues. The documentation for needing one of a few specific dialog packages can be found at the bottom of this page.

As discussed in this issue, AppFlowy no longer uses OpenSSL 1.1 but the latest 3.1 version.

Could you update the PKGBUILD accordingly?

Hi that is the intention here, given that in the past the devs have re released new packages without bumping the version number within hours of me updating it here.

@tee use this improved link $_pkgname-$pkgver.tar.gz::${_src}/releases/download/${pkgver}/AppFlowy-$pkgver-linux-$arch.tar.gz because current link will redownload the package every time you change the pkgrel

@ZorinArch I have fixed it now. It was correct at the time of release, there seems to be an hour delay between the release of the linux package to it getting renamed.

Please change download link in PKGBUILD to "$pkgname-$pkgver-$pkgrel.tar.gz::${_src}/releases/download/${pkgver}/AppFlowy-${pkgver}-linux-$arch.tar.gz"

because download link is not correct.

The .desktop file has this Icon=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/appflowy.svg but please make it so it is Icon=appflowy so that other icon packs can work with it.
