I don't consider it a bug, but you can try to report it :p

It was once a split package in the past.

This is a bug. Would you like to file that? If not, I could do that later.

@abouvier For this case I would suggest to make this as a split package (pkgbase) and include several packages inside. In the worst case, I suggest to add corresponding keywords such as "plasma5-themes", "sddm-theme", etc. so users could find your package.

It's not only a plasma theme, it's a theme pack which contains a plasma theme among other things.

This package uses incorrect naming. The prefix for plasma themes should be "plasma5-themes". See KDE package guidelines.
Consider renaming the package or make a deletion request.

I get the error

The package base-devel needs to be added to the makedepends.
