I would suggest to use java-runtime-headless instead of java-runtime since gui components are not needed for archiva.

When updating the package please mention the release notes: "NOTE: jdk 1.7 is now prerequisite with Apache Archiva 2.2.1"

Unfortunately I had to change to nexus instead of keep using archiva and furthermore I don't have time to maintain this package anymore, so I'll disown it. I hope someone who use it can keep it updated.

Version 2.2.0 is released. Updating the PKGBUILD to the new version works for me.

Hi, hfluz, sorry that I was focused on something else, that I forgot your first comment. I've tested on my x64 machines with your files, works great! I've just update the package with your file, and I'm going to disown this package, cause I can hardly say I can do fix and update in time now. Thanks for your update:)

I solved the issue related to x86-32 architecture by modifying the bin/archiva file. Patch: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dgddoadern5v251/archiva.patch I also improved the PKGBUILD file to use that patch and download the tar.gz sources instead of the .zip ones: PKGBUILD: https://www.dropbox.com/s/106q96uchp2f8ga/PKGBUILD
