Don't you think about creating separate packages without stripping? It's just about one config option in PKGBUILD

Arch maintainers are obsessed with stripping debug symbols :( I had to rebuild manually JDK package keeping debug symbols and had to stop it from being upgraded automatically by Pacman. I would suggest the maintainer of JDK11 package to stop stripping debug symbols.

BTW, do you have any ideas on how to install java debug symbols on Arch? In ubuntu it's just a package…
