pre-release of autopsy 4.6 for Linux: https://github.com/sleuthkit/autopsy/releases/tag/autopsy-4.6.0-linux1

The Autopsy website states, that it has Linux support, but you need to build it from source (Version 4.4).
tomx3 commented on 2016-11-16 19:32 (UTC)
Cannot upgraded to autopsy4 because since autopsy3 there is no linux support anymore.

Version 2.24-5
* Made file permission changes as suggested by asdil2.
* Included package() function in PKGBUILD to remove deprecation warning.
hashken commented on 2014-08-29 13:57 (UTC)
I've taken over maintenance of this package.
asdil12 commented on 2013-08-01 15:04 (UTC)
please set the dependencies in the source pkg to (644/755).
at the moment they are (600/700) which is breaking chroot build.
