On my connection about 6 minutes, but that's also slow.
The url was copied from the repo 1.83 package, but it seems it redirects to an amazonaws server with limited bandwidth.
Using the archives.boost.io link downloads in seconds, I'll change it.

this source is very slow (more than 1 hour for downloading 100Mb file) How about changing it to https://archives.boost.io/release/1.83.0/source/boost_1_83_0.tar.bz2
