I had to install lib32-glibc to make the driver work.

ln -s /opt/brother/Printers/dcpl3510cdw/cupswrapper/brother_lpdwrapper_dcpl3510cdw /usr/lib/cups/filter/brother_lpdwrapper_dcpl3510cdw
should be added, cups cannot find it otherwise.
