Updated to v2.2.0. Not sure if telemetry opt-out still works.

Unfortunately, I have to disown it. I am not using buckaroo myself, and 2.0 was a complete rewrite, replacing the former Java code base by F#. That means the PKGBUILD has to be rewritten as well.
