error:  read_configfile: fopen(/etc/dhcp_probe.cf): No such file or directory

which I fixed with coping the "example" from https://www.net.princeton.edu/software/dhcp_probe/dhcp_probe.cf.5.html

error:  get_myipaddr: couldn't locate interface enp24s0
error:  couldn't determine IP addr for interface enp24s0

no solution to this yet...

swapped to dhcpdump (for capturing all the packets) + dhcptest-git (just for sending out the requests on demand; this program should also show the replies, but it's a bit broken on linux and doesn't do that part. )
