看到cef想到网易云了，以前重新编译qcef然后就能输入中文了

这个我也遇到了，好像是cef的锅，https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/1813/cef-does-not-work-with-imes-on-linux
只能等官方解决了
