Thanks for your suggestions, I've merged them into the PKGBUILD.

@lmartinez-mirror: I've updated the improved PKGBUILD link in my previous post. Please make the suggested corrections.

@lmartinez-mirror: If the indicator plugin is disabled, there's no tray icon support at all. Please remove the disable-indicator-plugin flag and depend on libayatana-appindicator.

cmake is not required to build. If a dependency is missing, it tries Cmake as a fallback.

FYI, gobject-introspection is always a build dependency, never a runtime dependency. xorg-server-xvfb is only required to build as well.

Improved PKGBUILD (paste expires in one year)

EDIT: Updated PKGBUILD link again

Upstream has added libayatana-appindicator as a dependency. Please let me know if this is a hard dependency, or if this can be ignored with the commented out flag.

Conflicts diodon-git and I think also the .install file are not necessary.

can you update the libappindicator3 dependency to libappindicator-gtk3

for the record: tydynrain was able to resolve the compilation issue by temporarily switching to default Gnome theme
