Using this package was confusing at first because this was not mentioned in the README on the Github page, but you're supposed to use the command discord-ptb-update-skip and not discord-update-skip

UPDATE: The Github repo linked on this page is mismatched, there is a different PTB repo linked in that README detailing this difference
