the ipf.service and dtt.service should be enabled

Setting up services to be automatically run is intentionally left to the user, so that a package which provides executables does not automatically add daemons.

Also, as it is now, it is compatible with non-systemd systems.

The executables can also be run manually if wanted.

According to https://github.com/intel/dptf/blob/master/README.txt, once the package is installed, the ipf.service and dtt.service should be enabled and started. This version cannot be built: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/dptf
