@PatoPan fixed, thanks! swag is in the AUR only, so if you are building this without an AUR helper, you'll have to install swag first manually (at least that is my understanding. Haven't used Arch in a while).

swag: No such file or directory

It's fixed when swag is installed, so it should be a dependency
