To enable DXVK in a wineprefix, do the following (with the WINEPREFIX variable properly set):

setup_dxvk install

In order to uninstall DXVK from a wineprefix:

setup_dxvk uninstall

No, it appears that pacman 5.2 now requires all makepkg users to declare that variable in their makepkg.conf if they're creating packages.

Yeah, I don't know why does that warning pop up, as far as I can tell the maintainernline does follow that format

Have you looked at Xabre's suggestion? That looks okay for me.
