Hi @altermetax , thanks for your answer. You were correct, the issue was due to the instability of my internet and the difficulty in downloading the tarball from this particular mirror for me.

I'm not having that issue. Are you sure you're using the latest version of curl available in the repos?

At this point you could try and replace the source_x86_64 field in the PKGBUILD with a different URL (e.g. the one you get redirected to if you visit https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/2024-06/R/eclipse-dsl-2024-06-R-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz&r=1 in a browser).

The installation of the package doesn't work as curl can't properly resolve the binary link...
