I'm planning on creating a version from the dep file using DebTap; that is what I did to get updated. I'm not that familiar with creating AUR packages however, so if anyone wants to help me out please hit me up.
For information on how to use DebTap to do it yourself manually, check it out elsewhere in the AUR.
I will mark the package for deletion after the March 4th, 2021 sunset deadline.

The writing has been on the wall for a while. SpiderOak is discontinuing Encryptr and it will be turned off as of March 4th, 2021. The new version 2.1 can export your data which can then be uploaded to an alternative password manager.
Unfortunately, there is no tar ball of the source code for the new version, only deb and rpm. I am not comfortable enough with AUR to merge this package to using the debian/rpm source instead. It may not be worth the effort either, since the software is being discontinued. I am, therefore, disowning the package.

Thank you! I added gtk2 as a dependency.

After I initially installed the package i got an error that it could not find libgtk-x11-2.something. Once I installed gtk2 it worked just fine. gtk2 probably needs to be added to the dependencies.

Somethings not quite right with the pkg build I'm getting;
