Update to 4.0.0 (merged with the TCL version, C Version for compatibility reasons) You might consider to migrate to env-modules-tcl. Login problem's are hopefully fixed.

I also ran into a problem where modules.sh prevented me from logging in on GNOME. This is because BASH_VERSION is defined in sh, not just bash, but the bash_completions script is not valid sh. This caused gdm initialization to exit prematurely when it sourced modules.sh. My current workaround is to delete or comment out modules.sh, and source the env-modules bash init file myself in my bashrc. I'm sure there's a better way, though.

It looks like dejagnu is a build requirement. Without it, `check()` fails at `make -k check`, since it calls `./not_installed` when it doesn't find `runtest` in the PATH.
