It looks like eObcanka does not work with the latest Qt5 libraries in the system. Can anyone confirm this issue?

my watchodog sniffs another upstream deb file change in last ~24h (size:87450546 sha1sum:546995d5bf6c039ac7e44441bba57cadf4a569eb ; its ver. is 3.2.1)

Selhání sestavení eobcankasource=(https://info.identitaobcana.cz/download/eObcanka.deb) is correct.
EDIT: The problem was apparently on my computer. The eObcanka.deb file was in cache (Manjaro) :-(.

Upstream has changed URL, this is now reflected in the package.
curl -v https://info.eidentita.cz/download/eObcanka.deb already redirects to the new domain (although to 'http' protocol)

Good point. I have updated PKGBUILD with upstream version & updated md5 to sha1sums array using upstream hash.

As pulpe said, the pkgver should match sw ver (currently 3.1.3).
(Please also note the the PKGBUILD file vim modeline is not the last line)
