Build process crashes with Java 17 because bazel crashes. Workaround for me was to temporarily set JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-11-openjdk.

installed and ran successfully! had to additionally install fmt, otherwise received

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/fake-background-webcam/fake.py", line 10, in <module>
    import cv2
ImportError: libfmt.so.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

for missing deps - there are corresponding -git packages. just install them manually (python-mediapipe-git, python-pyfakewebcam-git)

python-cmapy dep is mssing

Could we get this updated to the latest commit? There have been some fixes merged to prevent aggressive flickering.

Hi, is akvcam really needed as the package is configured to use v4l2loopback?
