I do see an error in the /usr/bin/famistudio shell script. The first line:
#\!/bin/sh
Should read:
#!/bin/sh
This does not seem to be causing any problem (at least from bash), but try modifying that file and see if it fixes the error. If so I will update the package with a fix.

I'm not seeing any errors when launching from this package.

Error when trying to launch famistudio from this bin:
Launching FamiStudio (Failed) execvp: Exec format error
Obs: https://github.com/BleuBleu/FamiStudio/releases/download/3.2.1/FamiStudio321-LinuxAMD64.zip works fine with "mono FamiStudio.exe"
