@karol_007 The -s option to makepkg is supposed to automatically install the required dependencies. Furthermore, the dependency "perl-inline-c" does not exist.

> Any suggestions? Read the wiki on how AUR works. You need to build and install dependencies first, pacman is pretty clear about that: "==> ERROR: 'pacman' failed to install missing dependencies."

This package doesn't work for me. When I run makepkg -sri I get this output: ==> Making package: findimagedupes 2.18-3 (Mon Aug 10 03:46:15 EDT 2015) ==> Checking runtime dependencies... ==> Installing missing dependencies... error: target not found: perl-inline-c ==> ERROR: 'pacman' failed to install missing dependencies. ==> WARNING: Failed to remove installed dependencies. Any suggestions?

~/ > findimagedupes Error. You have specified 'C' as an Inline programming language. I currently only know about the following languages: Foo, foo If you have installed a support module for this language, try deleting the config-x86_64-linux-thread-multi-5.020001 file from the following Inline DIRECTORY, and run again: /tmp (And if that works, please file a bug report.) at /usr/bin/findimagedupes line 0. INIT failed--call queue aborted.

Fixed.

The PKGBUILD now doesn't work because it expects the ".patch" file to be in "$srcdir/$pkgname-$pkgver". Easy fix is to change line 21 to: patch -i $srcdir/findimagedupes-2.18.patch -p0

Besides, PKGBUILD seems broken.

Does not work. Seems to be failing with new version of perl or any of its modules. Can anyone check?
