thanks for the patch I'll apply it in the next build. >> Why the switch from tarball to hg clone? Cloning the firefox repo takes *forever*... >Ping. Building from the mercurial repo is a *pain*. Please consider to switch >back to tarball downloads. Don't removed your sources after building than everything is fine.

Is their no way to speedup the build process? Cloning is really slow..

no Problem build 54.0.1 with yaourt today just set pkgver=54.0.1 and disable #_gtk3=true

This package errored out when using yaourt. I tried packer, and it errored out as well. I finally got the package to install correctly by using pacaur. I post this only to help others that may have issues trying to get the package installed and working. Sorry for not posting any logs, they were extremely long. I hope my post is not deemed inappropriate by commenting here.

@mareex one bug I did encounter with this (not sure how to fix) was that to get the global menu working properly I had to run Firefox with env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0 (unlike literally everything else). However I can confirm that any xulrunner application using the libxul.so built here (e.g. if I copy the libxul.so to Zotero's lib directory) also exports the global menu properly modulo this bug.

I'm not running KDE, but trying to get this to work for the KDE filepicker. I managed to get it to compile correctly by putting this in my xinitrc: xprop -root -f KDE_FULL_SESSION 8s -set KDE_FULL_SESSION true However, instead of the dolphin file picker, I appear to have a gtk filepicker, which is lacking the image preview bar, oddly enough. Not sure what I've done wrong. ui.allow_platform_file_picker is set to true already.
