Hi! I don't use FORM nor Arch Linux anymore (not as my main OS). I've added you as maintainer, feel free to contribute to this package (I may also disown it, if needed).

Can you change the source to git+https://github.com/vermaseren/form.git? I cannot pull the package from the current link.

Could you add autoconf to makedepends and copy the man file, manual/form.1 to usr/share/man/man1? Thanks!

Could you fix the $_pkgid in 'provides'? The package that is provided is form (not form-git). Furthermore, you shouldn't add the -Ofast to make. The new version has -march=native as the default, which takes care of all performance options. Thanks!
