Hey guys, when I try and open the settings menu I get no response. I found the command to open it from the dash-to-dock site and used that, which gives me this error: "cairo-surface.c:928: cairo_surface_reference: Assertion `(_cairo_atomic_int_get (&(&surface->ref_count)->ref_count) > 0)' failed. Aborted (core dumped)" It's probably something random I did to the system but I'm not sure how to fix it, any help would be appreciated.

GNOME 3.18 has moved to [extra] now. This package should be updated.

Wait. Goddammit. This release model gets even more and more stupid. Apparently v49 is only for 3.18 right now...

@vincent Crap, that wasn't immediately apparent from releases page on GitHub. That is a stupid release model. Time for an epoch I guess.

@bgta What do you expect me to do about an Antergos-specific build error? I'm not affiliated with that project.

vincent commented on 2015-08-10 16:39 (UTC)

Why v48? v47 is the latest version for Gnome 3.16, v48 is for 3.14.

Latest update: error: gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-dock: signature from "Antergos Build Server (Automated Package Build System) <admin@antergos.org>" is unknown trust

I don't know if github keeps changing the 302 redirects somehow. I've had issues with the source urls before. I've fixed this now and it seems to work for now.

makepkg can't download the tar-archive for me. However, when I use the source-line that's commented out and edit the _archivename-variable, it works fine.

That's likely an issue with yaourt. Perhaps something to do with how yaourt parses the PKGBUILD. In any case I have currently no time to debug this issue. Build the package using makepkg as you should.
