I'm using Gnome 3.16 as my DE, if it's only me having the issue then I wouldn't sweat it but just wanted to check

@gnunn I used the patch from the official fedora package which seems to work right and adds some things like the correct translation of the transparency box and dark variant checkbox. However, I have not noticed a behaviour like this yet.
May I ask what WM/DE you are using? Are you using a compositor?

Just got an update for this yesterday, anybody else noticed that the transparency seems flaky now? If you adjust the transparency in the profile it seems like it is working, however when you restart the terminal no transparency but setting is correct. I'm using the dark option as well if it makes any difference.
