Any hint on why I can use app.gotomeeting.com with Camera and Audio in Chrome but according to the self-test/preview screen cannot use both in this dedicated Desktop-App?

This package is a custom wrapper for the website. If you are looking for a more native version check out the nativefier package instead https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/go-to-meeting-nativefier/
