Using lgogdownloader you can add 'gogdownloader::/usr/bin/lgogdownloader --download-file=%u -o %o' to your DLAGENTS list, then tweak the source line in PKGBUILD to something like "baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_en_$pkgver_dl.sh::gogdownloader://baldurs_gate_enhanced_edition/en3installer0". I think that should do the trick.

@Aerandir How can I set up DLAGENTS in makepkg.conf so that the installer file is downloded automatically?

@Aerandir I've updated the package :)

@Aerandir Could you make me sub-maintainer, please? Then I'll update the package.

The package doesn't download the game on its own. The best way is to get it from gog website and put in the build directory.

The download fails with error "baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_en_2_5_23121.sh ... NOT FOUND" is there a new update that came out?
Renophaston commented on 2018-09-22 17:17 (UTC)
The main download on my GOG page for Linux links to baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_en_2_5_23121.sh, which seems newer than baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_en_2_3_67_3_20146.sh. Am I misreading this? Or is there a reason this PKGBUILD doesn't use 2_5_23121? I changed my copy of the PKGBUILD and installed 2_5_23121, and it all seems to work. (It shows 2.5.17.0 in-game.)

Tatsumaru, i don't think the game uses wine as it is a native version. You can try to downgrade your graphic driver. It works fine on my up to date arch computer with nvidia proprietary driver.
