After install the package constantly wants to reinstall itself...
2 aur/goland 2024.2-1 -> 2024.2.0.1-1 1 aur/goland-jre 2024.2-1 -> 2024.2.0.1-1
Then the built package ends up being 2024.2-1.

@HyperCherry This is not a fault of the maintainer. Paru/Yay tries to execute git
commands in the repository, but the repository's head commit is in no branch at all. So the command fails.
Before they fix it, you should git clone
this repository and execute makepkg
yourself to build and install.
Yay's issue: https://github.com/Jguer/yay/issues/2435
@freswa It is maybe a bug of AUR, and the maintainer sometimes needs to re-push a commit to make the commit into the main branch.

Latest version of the package (2024.2-1) errors on startup:
$ goland
[1] 3780 bus error (core dumped) goland
Tried swapping my kernel out to the LTS version (6.6.46-1-lts) but that didn't help.
Manual downgrade to 2024.1.5-1 fixes the issue.

Should be fixed in a minute.

@ginkel sometimes it's faster, but sometimes also way slower. I'd stick to the default url for now, to avoid making things worse :/

Hi there,
Jetbrains download servers are agonizingly slow from Deutsche Telekom's network in Germany. Jetbrains recommends to use the CloudFlare CDN in this case: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544699
Would that be an option for this AUR?
Thanks, Thilo
