pacman checks for conflict files before install, remove /boot/grub/themes/Archlinux before upgrade, until find a better install fix #rm -rf /boot/grub/themes/Archlinux

Can't see where is that! grub2-theme-archlinux.install Add theme to your /etc/default/grub: GRUB_THEME="/boot/grub/themes/Archlinux/theme.txt"

The instructions say GRUB_THEME="/boot/grub/themes/Archlinux/install.txt" but needs to be GRUB_THEME="/boot/grub/themes/Archlinux/theme.txt"
