Please Note: I have forked guayadeque. Musicqueue is now available in the AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/musicqueue-git/ Thank you for your votes and support!

Arch news item: https://www.archlinux.org/news/c-abi-change/ wxWidgets-3.0, gstreamer and others are rebuilt as part of abi change Script given in news item will flag this package. Force a rebuild of this package. Guayadeque does not install libstdc++ but is linked against it via wxWidgets.

The script only checks for binaries that link against libstdc++ and are not in the official repositories, so it's normal that it will still be flagged after rebuilding.

Script from news item will still flag guayadeque(false positive?) afterwards. Guayadeque does not install libstdc++ but is linked against it via wxWidgets.

Latest Change is a workaround for crash on editing track ID3. Anonbeat did great job of building application. Code just needs some attention and updating to move forward.

It would be extra work for me to maintain a pre-wx3 version. However, if you grab a copy of the patch files/PKGBUILD, making a local version is not overly difficult(see: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Makepkg). You would need the patches: guayadeque_01a_rev1891.patch guayadeque_01b_rev1892.patch guayadeque_01c_rev1893.patch guayadeque_01d_rev1894.patch guayadeque_02_pause_crash.patch and edit the PKGBUILD file to exclude the rest. Regenerate the checksums (updpkgsums), regenerate source (mksrcinfo), then build (makepkg). Again, moving on to fix track edit bug.

Thank you very much for working on this! Is it possible to apply only the patches that fix the crash when stop/pause were pressed (see: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/45953#comment138229) until the update to wx3 is stable? Because everything else was working well before.

Fixed player display of current playing track. Crash when editing track ID's known (to be tackled next).

@FelixHaller - I am in contact with person who did wx3.0 update to Debian packaging. Crash bug has been reported to Debian upstream (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=767886). Its been around awhile - 2014. Will dig into this to fix.
