The upstream website isn't even accessible now. If you need access to the source tarball, you can download it from the official Guix substitute server: https://ci.guix.gnu.org/nar/lzip/9mx8bwhyld48v1qxd5gk2cx5yqaabfms-guile-semver-0.1.1.tar.gz. After downloading the file, extract it with
