Can you please remove the executable permission from the PKGBUILD file?

Also, you need to change the license identifier to be SPDX compliant (e.g. GPL-2.0-or-later if GPL 2 or any later version is a valid license; check if it is 2 or 3 etc.; /usr/share/lincenses/spdx/ contains some common licenses):

hacktv-git E: GPL is not a valid SPDX license identifier. See https://spdx.org/licenses/ for valid identifiers, or prefix the identifier with 'LicenseRef-', if it is custom.

The upstream has changed the project hierarchy, so building package fails:

Also, can we switch to monotonically increasing version format?

I am unable to build this package anymore:

Please add 'soapysdr' as a dependency. This library allows to use other SDR devices such as limeSDR or USRP.
