As the solution weston provided didn't work for me, I decided to give the missing benchmark issue / module loading order issue a shot myself. I made a PR: https://github.com/lpereira/hardinfo/pull/696
If you are interested in trying that out for yourself - save the patch as
benchmark.patch
, runupdpkgsums
and rebuild withmakepkg -f
