Please install a meaningful executable to /usr/bin/.

Now there is only /usr/bin/com.github.sgpthomas.hourglass.

Please use /usr/bin/hourglass -- create a symlink or rename.

Build error:

Please add granite7 as dependency (and remove granite).

Also, you need to add libportal and libportal-gtk4:
