@dfjigdfijgojio: Sadly I'm not good enough to help you. Maybe if you have a look to the log file there's some extra information about why your C compiler is not able to compile the package. Which compiler are you using?

@patrick.luehne: Honestly I simply follow what had been done by others for the icu60 (and older versions). But I think you are right. So now I updated the package with the official website. Everything seems working as well...

Dear maintainers,

I noticed that a SourceForge URL is used for the source of this PKGBUILD and not a URL to the official server:

http://site.icu-project.org/download/62#TOC-ICU4C-Download

Is there a reason for that?
