@SammysHP: Sorry for my late answer. Developer's git address seems to be up and working now. I also updated it to new python3 version. Thanks.

Source repository is down.

@sekret: Because img2pdf version doesn't match git's version. So, I decided to replace first five digit's (0.1.5) of git's version to actual version which is 0.1.6. Try : "img2pdf -V" I asumed that this error is caused by "msg" command in pkgver function. I've changed the PKGBUILD. Probably, the problem is solved now.

Your pkgver function doesn't work here! $ makepkg -sirfcL ==> Making package: img2pdf-git 0.1.6.r23.gfdee171-1 (Sun Oct 4 18:17:16 CEST 2015) ==> Checking runtime dependencies... ==> Checking buildtime dependencies... ==> Retrieving sources... -> Updating img2pdf git repo... Fetching origin ==> Validating source files with md5sums... img2pdf ... Skipped ==> Extracting sources... -> Creating working copy of img2pdf git repo... Cloning into 'img2pdf'... done. ==> Starting pkgver()... ==> ERROR: pkgver is not allowed to contain colons, hyphens or whitespace. ==> ERROR: pkgver() generated an invalid version: ==> Checking current version... 0.1.6.r23.gfdee171 Why don't you just use git describe --long --tags | sed -r 's/([^-]*-g)/r\1/;s/-/./g' ?

@MilanKnizek: I should have realised that. I haven^t had any issue with python3 too. But it is better to use Ubuntu's default python vers (2). Because the package is programming for Debian based distros. Thank you for reminding me that.
